ORRC 1200 CLUB FOR 2014!

Registration
wiil up for the 1200 Club in 2014, ORRC's free recognition program for any club member who runs or walks 1,200 miles in one year. Participants who complete 1200 miles in one year receive ajacket the first year, and patches to add to the jacket in subsequent years. You must be a member of ORRC to participate. get more info and register.

KIDS' PASSPORT PROGRAM

ORRC is excited about encouraging kids to get out and participate with their parents at ORRC events. Kids who participate in any event that includes a free kids run (i.e. 400 meter dash, or ½ mile), will receive a “Passport” and a sticker for that event to put in the passport. Any kid who participates in three or more events will receive a prize .. get more info or Sign up here.

We're still collecting member photos of you wearing your new ORRC hat! Send your "where in the world is ORRC" hat photo to us and we will post it on our facebook page, and maybe even in the Oregon Distance Runner! DEADLINE EXTENDED
FOR NEW 5K SERIES REGISTRATION

Good News! Participants can now register up to the day of the first event, which is the new Hagg Lake 5K on May 3. This series is a great way to help support charities while at the same time participating in a great race series. While the series is non-competitive, there will still be prizes and rewards at each event. Each participant will receive a technical shirt, and those who completes all five events will receive a logo tote bag at the end of the year. There will also be special end-of-year surprise category awards, as well as raffles at each event! get more info on cost, registration, and races
