Oregon Road Runners Club 2014 10k Race Series

The popular 10K Series will be returning in 2014.  The series has grown in popularity and for 2014, there will be a cap of 350 participants.  Registration will start in October and you must pre-register by December 15th, 2013.  Please note that registration may close earlier than December 15th if the cap of 350 is reached prior to that date.  There will be no day of race registration for the 10K Series at the Y2K 10K race either, so be sure to register early.

Due to new restrictions in Forest Park, the Wildwood Trail 10K will not be part of the 10K Series in 2014.  Therefore there will be six races in the 10K Series and the price of the Series has been reduced accordingly.

The 10K Series includes registration in six ORRC 10K races, including guaranteed entry into races that have caps on registration.  Participants will also receive a 1/4-zip long sleeve shirt featuring all six races and special end-of-year awards for 10K Series participants.  In addition, there are special prize drawings exclusively for 10K Series participants at each race.

Awards: The 10K Series is for runners and walkers with end-of-year awards given in each category.  Participants earn points for placing in their age groups, and all participants earn one point for each race they participate in.  The more races you participate in the more points you earn.  A special award is given to participants who complete all six of the races.
