Why Autumn Leaves?
Are you a first time long distance runner?
Autumn leaves is not an up and down trail. It is one of the flattest
courses you will find in the PacificNW.
Did you spend all summer missing cut off times?
Autumn Leaves is a loop course with only the end of day cut off time.
Western States - All finishers in 2005 & 2006 qualified for Western Sates. Autumn Leaves
has a very high percentage rate of qualifying times each and every year. Over 90% qualified for
Western States in 2005.
Course Description

The course is composed of multiple 5-mile loops. For the 10k and 50k, there will be a short distance out and back and then 5 mile loops to complete the distance. The course is composed primary of 2/3 paved trails and 1/3 single-track dirt trail. The loop can be considered very flat and very fast by both 10k and Ultra running standards. Download a map.
