5K, 10K, 10.5 m Run/Walk
This popular recreational haven boasts big water and big vistas. Hagg Lake Park plays host to three events, all featuring gentle hills and natural beauty. The 10.5-mile run equals one full loop around Hagg Lake. Both the 5k and 10k are out and back experiences.
This Race is part of the ORRC 10K series and 5K series.
Hagg Lake, approximately 6 miles south of Forest
Grove on Highway 47. Follow signs to Henry Hagg
Lake. Take the first left after the tollbooth and
cross the dam, then drive 4 miles to the Start/Finish area at Boat Ramp C. Allow 45
minutes from downtown Portland to the lake.
The 5K and 10K are out and back, starting at Boat Ramp C. The 10.5 mile run is once around the lake, starting at Boat Ramp C. Participants should stay in the bike lane, except for the 5K and 10K, when they cross the road at the turn-around and at the finish.
Hagg Lake Runs course map. There will be four aid stations on the course; the 5K and 10K go past the first two and the 10.5 mile passes all four at Miles 1.2, 2.8, 6.2 and 8.6.
The 5K, 10K and 10.5 mile run start at 9am. The 10.5 mile walk starts at 8am.
Register online or download the flyer. Mail-in registration must be post-marked by April 28th. Online registration closes 48 hours before the race. Fees go up on race day ($30 for all; no ORRC discount), so enter early and save! Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Day of Race Fees
$35, no ORRC discount on day of race.
Park admission fee is included in the entry fee. We will email a parking pass before the race and hand out passes at Boat Ramp C. The pass must be displayed on your dashboard.
Plaques to overall winners (open and masters) and ribbons five deep in all ORRC age categories for the 10K and 10.5 mile run and walk. All participants and volunteers are eligible for random prize drawings, including pies. Must be present to win. Awards will not be mailed.
To celebrate the first Hagg Lake Run in 1975 all participants will receive custom socks and a personal pie!
The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged at this race. Strollers, baby joggers or similar devices are permitted, but should start in the back of the pack.
Dogs are not permitted. We discourage anyone younger than 14 to run the 10.5 mile.
