Walk starts at 8:30am
Run starts at 9am
If you choose not to use early packet pick-up at PRC, please arrive at least 45 minutes before your race start to allow time for parking and pick up of your materials.

There will be one aid station where Old River Road turns to Glenmorrie
(between mile markers 3 and 4)
Parking On Race Day
Parking is in the paved lot at Mary S. Young, at the end of the road into the park. There is only one. Overflow would be in the gravel parking lot on the left before you reach the main end lot.
Chip Timing
We will be providing chip timing for the 10K run AND walk. The MyLaps BibTag timing chip, which will be attached to the back of your bib number, is disposable, so there is no need to return it after the race.
What’s Included in Your Registration:
In addition to your entry to the race (which is chip timed), you will receive an Up The Lazy River head all finisher’s will receiver an Up The Lazy to-go water bottle. We are NOT doing shirts.
Donations to Wounded Warrior Project
Registrants will have the opportunity to donate to The Wounded Warrior Project, an organization committed to helping Wounded Warriors - and their families - as they return home from current conflicts. By making a donation, you will have the option of posting an "In Honor Of" or "In Memory Of" sign recognizing a veteran close to your heart along the Up The Lazy River Run course. Awards – Awards ceremony is 10:30am at the finish area. If you cannot attend, please check the awards table before you leave to see if you’ve won a plague or ribbon:
Plaques will be awarded to the following:
1) Overall 10k Run Winner - Male and Female
2) Overall 10k Walk Winner - Male and Female
3) Master 10k Run Winner - Male and Female
4) Master 10k Walk Winner - Male and Female
5) The Nancy Hinkle Award - Female (This is awarded to the 41 year old female division winner
Age Group Ribbons: Ribbons will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each age group. Age groups are every five years below 40 and every age from 40 up.
ORRC 10k Series Participants: Please check the awards table after you finish to see if you’ve won a raffle prize.
